The software, in detail

BISON is the software your sales team will actually use.

Most CRMs are graveyards. Reps don’t open them, managers chase data entry, deals fall through cracks. BISON is built the other way around — the AI does the entry, the inbox feeds the pipeline, the scoring tells reps what to work on next. Below is what’s under the hood.

Capabilities

Nine pieces. One system.

Each one earns its place. None of them needs babysitting.

AI Lead Scoring

Every inbound and outbound lead is scored 0-100 against your ICP using Claude. Score includes industry fit, role fit, company size, signal strength (inbound urgency or outbound research), and historical conversion patterns from your own data.

What this means for you

Reps stop wasting hours on tire-kickers. The top of the queue is always the next-best deal.

Sequence Runner

Multi-channel email + LinkedIn + SMS sequences with AI-drafted replies. Steps fire on schedule (T+0, T+3, T+7), pause when the prospect replies, branch by signal (opened/clicked/replied), and auto-escalate to a human when intent crosses a threshold.

What this means for you

Your reps stop forgetting to follow up. The system follows up for them, in their voice.

AI Reply Drafting

When a prospect replies, the AI drafts a contextual response in your rep’s voice using their last 100 emails as a voice sample. Rep reviews, edits if needed, and sends. Average draft-to-send time: 12 seconds.

What this means for you

A 50-touch follow-up takes 10 minutes, not 90. No "I don’t know what to say" stalls.

Pipeline & Deal Stages

Kanban-style pipeline with stages tuned to your motion (Inquiry → Qualifying → Negotiating → Closed). Drag and drop to advance. Each stage has gating rules — required activities, required fields — so deals can’t skip steps.

What this means for you

No more "where does this deal actually stand" questions. The board IS the answer.

Activity Tracking

Every email, call, meeting, and LinkedIn touch logs automatically against the contact and deal. Reps don’t enter activities — the system observes and records them. Manager dashboards show activity heatmaps by rep, by week.

What this means for you

Managers know who’s working and who’s coasting without micromanaging. Reps stop doing data entry.

Inbox Sync

Connect any rep’s Gmail or Outlook with one click. Every email auto-creates or updates the matching contact, links to the deal, and feeds the activity log. Outgoing emails sent from BISON also save to the rep’s real Sent folder.

What this means for you

Reps keep using their real inbox. No "log into the CRM to send email" friction. CRM fills itself.

KPI Dashboards

Per-rep dashboards: meetings booked, demos run, proposals sent, deals closed, $ closed. Per-team rollups for managers. Per-product-line filtering. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly views. Export to CSV or push to your BI tool.

What this means for you

Stand-ups become 5 minutes of looking at numbers, not 30 minutes of "what did you do this week?"

Integrations

Native connections to Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and any IMAP/SMTP inbox. Webhooks fire on stage changes, deal wins, and intake-form submissions for downstream automations.

What this means for you

Your existing stack stays put. BISON sits on top and pulls everything together.

AI Call Prep

Before any meeting on the rep’s calendar, BISON generates a one-page brief: who they’re meeting, the company’s last 30 days of news, the deal history, and 3 suggested talking points based on the prospect’s pain.

What this means for you

15 minutes of prep before every call, done in 30 seconds. Reps walk in informed every time.

A day in the system

What your rep’s morning actually looks like.

  1. 1
    8:00 AM — Open BISON
See three numbers: today’s meetings, top-10 lead queue (AI-scored), follow-ups due. No login to multiple tools.
  2. 2
8:05 AM — Top of queue
AI shows the 3 highest-scoring inbound leads from overnight, each with a one-line "why this matters" and a draft opener.
  3. 3
    8:15 AM — Send 30 follow-ups
Yesterday’s prospects who didn’t reply: each has a draft follow-up tuned to the previous email. Rep approves and sends.
  4. 4
    9:00 AM — First meeting
BISON has already pushed a call brief to the calendar invite: who they’re meeting, last 30 days of company news, talking points.
  5. 5
11:00 AM — Replies come in
Each reply triggers an AI draft response. Rep reviews, sends. Pipeline auto-advances any deal that crossed a stage gate.
  6. 6
    4:30 PM — Wrap up
BISON shows: today’s activity (X emails sent, Y meetings booked), this week’s pace vs goal, what to prepare for tomorrow.

Total time spent on data entry: zero minutes. Total time spent on the actual job — talking to prospects: all of it.
